About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator to manage our digital storefronts, content updates, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives at the intersection of e-commerce, digital marketing, and content operations.

You will play a key part in keeping our store updated with new releases, coordinating promotional campaigns, scheduling social content, and delivering reports to publisher partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Onboarding : Upload new titles with metadata, pricing, and images to our e-commerce platform.
  • Promotions Management : Set up and end discounts during campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Website & Content Updates : Maintain homepage visuals (sliders, blocks), upload blogs, and refresh content around new launches.
  • Social Media Scheduling : Plan and monitor social posts using automation tools to promote games, events, and blogs.
  • Design Coordination : Collaborate with our designers to request assets for web banners, social posts, ads, and more.
  • Marketing Decks : Compile and share monthly reports with publisher partners to showcase campaign performance.
  • Consistency Checks : Ensure all product and promotional information is aligned across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital content management, e-commerce operations, or marketing coordination.
  • Experience using CMS, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify or WooCommerce), and social media scheduling tools.
  • Comfortable working with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, etc.) and coordinating visual assets.
  • Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of PC game publishing and promotion is a big plus.
