Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Branding
- Develop a consistent editorial line aligned with MYKA’s brand (aesthetic, tone, values)
- Define key content themes: product features, behind-the-scenes, customer reviews, lifestyle inspiration, storytelling
- Propose an organic growth strategy:
- Editorial calendar
- Posting frequency
- Optimal formats depending on goals (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Visual Content Creation
- Create professional, engaging visuals tailored for social media:
- Stylized product photography
- Short videos (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style) showing the jewelry being worn, in detail, or within a branded context
- Informative carousels and simple animations
- Proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Copywriting & Publishing
- Write engaging captions tailored to the audience (storytelling, lifestyle, engagement)
- Include relevant hashtags and calls to action (CTAs)
- Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite or similar tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
- Performance Monitoring & Community Management
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (reach, engagement rate, saves, clicks, follower growth, etc.)
- Provide regular performance reports with analysis and recommendations
- Actively manage comments, DMs, and tagged content to boost engagement and maintain brand voice
- Respond to community questions, messages, and comments in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
Identify and flag user-generated content (UGC), relevant feedback, or customer concerns to the team
Requirements
- A portfolio or examples of past work are required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content creation and social media management
- Mastery of Instagram formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, etc.) and a solid grasp of platform algorithms
- Strong aesthetic sense and affinity with fashion, jewelry, luxury, or handcrafted products
- Creative, autonomous, meticulous, and well-organized
- Proficient with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or any other visual content creation tools
