Qualifikationen

We are looking for a creative team player who enjoys making a difference in a dynamic, international environment and who is able to advance our collections. The highly motivated HUGO MENSWEAR team is looking forward to meeting you!

What you can expect:

• Independent coordination and control of collection-relevant processes/timelines/meetings across interfaces.
• Execution and control of PLM/SAP data maintenance: data maintenance of form and style, creation of creative BOM and communication with our plants in all BOM relevant topics.
• Digital product development: visualisation of design ideas, creation of 3D simulations and provisions for collection development process digital showroom and online store in close collaboration with interfaces.
• Organizational tasks for defined Product Groups: Responsible for meeting collection relevant deadlines on time. Controlling and optimizing the collection development process, timing, creation of sales documents (e.g. develop layout specifications).
• Provision of materials for prototyping.
• Following up the status of locally developed trimmings and fabrics.
• Provision of data for the Trimming Block Order as well as execution of the Fabric Block Order.
• Attendance and support of creative and development related meetings, e.g. sketch handovers, fittings.
• Establish alignment between MPG's (e.g., ensure consistent facility and encoding for Capsule development).
• Participation in projects.

Your profile:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar context.
• Very good knowledge of textiles/design, understanding and flair for fashion and trends.
• Good PC skills (PLM, SAP, Microsoft etc.) and use of digital media (e.g. 3D tools, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficient/Advanced in CLO 3D.
• Reliability, organizational skills, assertiveness, cross-divisional mindset, basic business knowledge, ability to work in a team.
• Fluent English skills.
