A global leader in hearing solutions is looking for an ASIC Project Lead in Erlangen, Germany. In this role, you'll lead complex chip projects while guiding a multidisciplinary team and ensuring project success. If you have over 10 years of experience in digital ASIC or FPGA development and a Master’s degree in a relevant field, we invite you to apply!
In this specialist role, you will lead complex chip projects for our next-generation hearing solutions – from specification to silicon.
You will guide projects within the ASIC team and work closely with other functions, while also contributing directly to the design of digital integrated circuits for hearing aid applications.
You are not just a specialist – you are a structured, delivery-focused expert who takes ownership, understands system-level dependencies, and knows how to bring high-complexity ASIC projects successfully across the finish line.
If you don’t have specific project management experience, but you are a skilled digital ASIC technical professional with experience in organizing and coordinating work, we also invite you to apply for this role.
