We are looking for a Digital Applications Analyst (f/m/d) to join us full-time at any Alstom location in the Central and Northern Europe Region.

Your Future Role

Based at Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in Berlin, our regional headquarters hosts up to 500 colleagues from more than 40 nationalities, focusing on project management, business development, and rail digitalization. You will report to Robert Heuser and work with a dedicated team.

We’ll look for you to:

• Manage and optimize Power BI reports, SharePoint sites, and PowerApps applications used across the RSC teams.
• Maintain and enhance existing reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance based on user feedback.
• Improve SharePoint sites for better usability and collaboration.
• Design and oversee PowerApps solutions to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Review tools and solutions regularly to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and co-create solutions.
• Set up and monitor KPIs to evaluate tool and report impact.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members on Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
• Analyze data to identify trends and translate insights into actions.
• Document work processes and share knowledge to ensure continuity.

All About You

We value passion and attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
• Strong data analysis skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and Excel or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of railway industry products and contractual obligations.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and solution-oriented thinking.
