We are looking for a Ads Specialist to manage and optimise multi-platform paid advertising campaigns for E-Commerce brands and B2B clients. If you have a data-driven mindset, expertise in digital advertising, and a passion for maximising ROAS and conversions, we’d love to hear from you!

Our client is a digital content marketing agency founded in 2020. They specialise in the strategic development and implementation of complex content marketing projects for medium-to-large companies, DAX corporations, and institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across:
-Google Ads
-YouTube Ads
-Meta Ads(Facebook & Instagram)
-LinkedIn Ads
-Pinterest Ads
-Amazon Ads
-TikTok Ads
  • Develop and execute paid media strategiesto drive growth for E-Commerce and B2B clients.
  • Conductaudience research, targeting, and segmentation to optimise ad performance.
  • A/B test ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximise conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and providedata-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends inperformance marketing, AI-based bidding strategies, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experiencein managing multi-platform ad campaigns forE-Commerce & B2B clients.
  • Expertise inGoogle Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Stronganalytical skillswith experience inGoogle Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience withattribution modeling, bid strategy optimisation, and performance forecasting.
  • Knowledge ofShopify, WooCommerce, or other E-Commerce platformsis a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German(written & spoken).
