The next festival summer, a major concert tour, or an exhibition you would love to immerse yourself in right away: at EVENTIM, you will work on campaigns for experiences people genuinely look forward to. From musicals, shows and comedy to rock, metal, hip-hop, K-pop and pop music – EVENTIM’s entertainment portfolio is as diverse as its audiences. As a **Digital Advertising Manager (m/f/d)** within the EVENTIM Media House Agency, you will independently manage paid media campaigns for event organizers, advise our clients, and help turn attention into ticket sales. We are looking for someone who knows performance marketing, understands client needs, makes sound decisions, and enjoys being hands-on. **Your challenge:*** **Paid Media:** Take ownership of client briefings, clarify objectives and requirements, and independently set up and manage paid media campaigns – particularly across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google Display.* **Performance & Optimization:** Manage budgets, analyze ongoing campaign performance, and translate results into concrete optimizations and next steps.* **Targeting:** Develop data-driven audience and retargeting strategies tailored to the respective event, genre and campaign objective.* **Client Consulting:** Manage your own clients and key accounts and advise event organizers on campaign performance, marketing activities and specific measures. Translate client needs into meaningful, actionable recommendations and proactively develop the relationship further.* **Campaign Management:** Manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. When presales are postponed, creatives change at short notice or new requests come in, assess the impact, prioritize accordingly and adapt the execution.* **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing teams within EVENTIM Media House as well as our Sales and Data teams.* **Continuous Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement early on and contribute your own ideas for more efficient processes, better reporting and meaningful automation. **What you’ll need:*** **Several years of relevant experience in performance marketing**, ideally within e-commerce or a digital agency, including independent ownership of campaigns and experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.* **Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (YouTube, Display)**, with deeper expertise in at least one of these areas. Campaign setup, budget management, optimization and reporting are part of your day-to-day work.* A solid understanding of **tracking, attribution and conversion optimization**, with the ability to confidently work with KPIs such as ROAS, AOV and CVR.* **Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset**, allowing you to turn campaign performance into clear insights and concrete actions.* **Sound judgement:** You understand which measures best support a client’s objectives, make independent decisions within your area of responsibility, and proactively clarify uncertainties when needed.* Even when priorities change at short notice, you stay organized, set **clear and transparent priorities**, and communicate capacity constraints early.* A strong sense of **ownership and client understanding** enables you to follow topics through to resolution and communicate recommendations clearly and convincingly.* **Confident and professional communication** with both clients and a wide range of internal stakeholders comes naturally to you.* **Very good German and good English skills** complete your profile.* A plus, but not a must: experience with additional paid social channels, programmatic advertising, analytics and reporting tools, or the **live entertainment/music industry**. **Why you’ll enjoy this role:**A musical campaign speaks to a different audience than a pop tour, metal show or major immersive exhibition. That variety is exactly what makes the role exciting: you will get to know different audiences and fan communities and develop campaigns tailored to each individual experience. Thanks to our close connection to EVENTIM’s ticketing business, you can follow the impact of your campaigns all the way through to ticket sales. At the same time, you will have room to contribute your own ideas, test new campaign approaches and take ownership of your clients. With short decision-making paths, you can also actively shape the development of our agency – from improving processes to creating new marketing solutions. **Benefits*** 30 days of paid vacation plus the option of up to 15 days of unpaid leave* 25 days of workation within the EU* Flexible working hours* Sofa Concerts and employee events* Discounts on ticket purchases & opportunities for clearing assignments* Corporate benefits and discounts at KESS* Central location & subsidy for a Job Ticket or Germany Ticket* Bike leasing* Mental health program & company pension scheme* “GoFluent” language learning platform as well as Lunch & Learn sessions We value diversity and treat all applications equally – regardless of gender, background, age, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
