Seeking a data-driven digital marketer with a strong focus on performance and ROI. We’re looking for a confident and capable marketing professional to step into a 12-month maternity leave cover role, driving direct-response digital campaigns across the UK and Europe for a global healthcare brand.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns based on overarching marketing strategies, focusing on the UK and European markets, with an emphasis on ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing initiatives to enhance performance and support data-led decisions, considering healthcare industry regulations.
  • Provide consultation, creative support, and collaborate on multimedia campaigns to maximize marketing investment returns.
  • Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities, including implementation, ongoing optimization, monitoring, and reporting based on measurable objectives.
  • Coordinate with relevant marketing teams, agencies, and platform partners.
  • Execute global activities within budget and timeline constraints, driven by data.
  • Collaborate with experts across different areas.
  • Identify new trends and developments to address target audience needs.
  • Share global best practices with consumer marketing teams and incorporate innovative solutions into strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, industry regulations, and internal privacy policies in all activities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • E-commerce experience and understanding of its role as a sales channel are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry advertising and marketing regulations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Search Engine Advertising (SEA).
  • Conversational proficiency in at least one European language and English.
  • Affiliate marketing experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience working in a global team structure is preferred but not essential.
