Job Description

This is a full-time or part-time work-from-home general body CT diagnostic radiology position. Salary is $463,000 for full-time, based on experience, and includes benefits and eight weeks of vacation. Part-time salary depends on hours worked. Healthview Preventive Medical Center is an outpatient radiology practice headquartered in Newport Beach, California. We operate two telemedicine CT vans that conduct preventive screenings across California, scanning approximately 4,400 patients per year. The majority of our procedures involve total body imaging utilizing 3D reconstruction of multidetector CT images.

The Healthview CT Exam: combines multidetector CT with proprietary computer hardware and software (including virtual laryngoscopy, virtual bronchoscopy, and virtual gastroscopy), developed over 35 years under grants from the Department of Defense. This enhances our diagnostic capabilities and our ability to educate patients about their diseases graphically.

1:1 Telemedicine Consultations: Our radiologists are specially trained to deliver 45-minute educational consultations designed to inform, motivate, and empower patients regarding their health and disease management. This program, developed with Brown and Harvard, has increased patient compliance to 85% in sustained lifestyle changes.

Work Schedule: Most patient consultations are scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasionally, Saturday or Sunday shifts may be available.

Job Requirements: Board-certified radiologist with a current California license.
