Your mission

• You design, implement and optimize the cloud infrastructure that powers our AI platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure and highly available in Microsoft Azure
• You develop and maintain infrastructure automation, monitoring systems and CI/CD pipelines that support the rapid delivery and reliability of our AI-based products and services
• You collaborate with backend, frontend and machine learning engineers in cross-functional teams to deploy, scale and operate our platform in cloud-native environments
• You ensure the stability, performance and observability of our systems through modern DevOps practices, including automated testing, benchmarking and proactive monitoring
• You actively shape our integration, deployment and orchestration strategies - contributing to a cloud architecture that supports rapid innovation and operational excellence
• You drive the continuous improvement of our DevOps toolchain, cloud cost efficiency and platform reliability
• You work in agile teams according to Scrum and Kanban

Your profile

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or software engineering, including at least 2 years working with infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development in a production environment
• You have a solid background in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling and troubleshooting in orchestration environments
• You have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible, with a clear understanding of how to apply them across infrastructure and application layers
• You are proficient in managing Linux-based systems, with a strong grasp of best practices for securing, monitoring and maintaining cloud-native environments
• You have experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including identity management, networking, storage and cloud-native compute - with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency
• You are familiar with GitOps workflows and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux
• You have understanding of API gateways and service discovery patterns in microservice architectures (e.g. Azure API Management, NGINX or Envoy)
• You have experience implementing and maintaining observability stacks (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) and building alerting and monitoring systems to support operational excellence
• You have working knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments, including secret management, RBAC and compliance considerations
• You have experience working with relational and NoSQL databases at scale
• You are a strong team player with a proactive and innovative mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile SaaS environment
• You are fluent in English
