Your Mission

You will play a major role in the expansion of our Anti-Money-Laundering platform, leveraging Google Cloud. This is a great opportunity for you to apply your expertise in cloud infrastructure and system design as you build and innovate a fully scalable cloud infrastructure that contributes to the global fight against financial crime.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive technical and architectural design decisions and maintain our highly automated real-time data streaming pipeline based on Apache Kafka and Spring Cloud.
• Create and maintain environments for our cloud, big data, and AI systems using our "Infrastructure-as-Code" approach.
• Maintain and monitor our distributed and fault-tolerant cloud and containerized components and technologies.
• Participate in setting up and operating multiple environments on managed Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, processes, and procedures from Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Architect and define solutions ensuring the availability, capacity, performance, and security of our services.
• Collaborate with global teams, including requirements engineering and support.
• Develop and communicate technical documentation of cloud architectures.

Your Profile

• Enhanced knowledge of Java Spring Boot/Cloud and streaming technologies like Apache Kafka.
• Experience with Google Cloud and its services.
• Good knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with Elastic Stack, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
• Basic Terraform knowledge or similar technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and decision-making ability, with fluency in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience working in a 24x7 uptime environment with on-call responsibilities.
