Zusammenfassung

ibc group is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to shape development processes and support the lifecycle of our systems from planning to optimization. You will design and manage CI/CD workflows, automate deployments, and work with cloud platforms to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations.

Primary focus includes collaborating with development teams, improving software quality, and advancing data security and performance optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift) and virtualization/storage.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation tools (GitLab, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and the office when needed.
• Very good German skills at C1 level as well as good English skills at B2 level.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who not only thinks in operations, but also enjoys actively shaping development processes. In this role, you will support the entire lifecycle of our systems — from planning and implementation to optimization — and help ensure that complex infrastructures run reliably, securely and efficiently. Depending on your interests and strengths, you will also have the opportunity to focus on different areas.
