Zusammenfassung

ibc group seeks an experienced IT leader to head the IT department, overseeing system administration across M365 and Azure, and guiding customer projects. You will manage Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune, while shaping the IT landscape with robust security policies and documentation.

You will work in a flexible, hybrid setup with Aachen or Hamburg team access, contributing to migration planning and infrastructure optimisation while supporting sales and IT

Qualifikationen

• For candidates with a degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
• Several years of leadership and IT project execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of system engineering, network tech, cloud administration and Microsoft 365 migrations.

• Take on technical and organizational leadership of the IT team, including sales support.

• Administer and develop IT systems, both on-prem and cloud-based.

In this role, you will lead the IT department and be responsible for system administration across M365 and Azure. Join our team and help shape the future of our IT landscape!

Requirements & responsibilities

You would like to:

Take on the technical and organizational leadership of your IT team, including supporting the sales department

Lead the system administration of M365/Azure environments at ibc AG and within customer projects

• Administer, operate, and further develop our IT systems as well as our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
• Plan, implement, and optimize migrations – especially to Microsoft 365
• Provide support and assistance for Windows and macOS environments
• Administer Windows Servers, Windows clients, and ideally macOS clients
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune
• Support and further develop our network architecture and network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Implement, monitor, and optimize security policies as well as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operating manuals

You bring:

• A degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in leading and executing IT projects
• Knowledge and experience in system engineering, network technologies, cloud administration, Microsoft 365 migrations, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
• Experience with hosting services
• Optimization, further development, and integration of IT systems
• Process optimization, concept development, and budget planning
• Experience with SharePoint, Intune, Endpoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems
• Familiarity with PMI, CDP, data protection, audits, networking, DNS, servers, macOS, and iOS
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills, both written and spoken
