Job summary

PTA Group in Berlin sucht einen erfahrenen DevOps-Consultant (w/m/d) zur Beratung unserer Kunden bei DevOps-Umsetzungen, Tools-Auswahl und technischer Fragestellung. Sie arbeiten eng mit agilen Teams und entwickeln CI/CD-Pipelines, optimieren Cloud-Infrastrukturen (AWS/Azure/GCP) und sichern Betrieb und Sicherheit.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, mehrjährige DevOps-Erfahrung, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins oder GitLab CI sowie Kenntnisse in Java, C#, JavaScript; gute

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrere Jahre DevOps-Erfahrung, idealerweise in einer IT-Beratung.
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes) und CI/CD-Tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Programmiersprachen (Java, C#, JavaScript).
• Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) und IaC (Ansible, Terraform).
• Interesse an AI-Tools unter Beachtung rechtlicher Vorgaben (EU AI Act, Datenschutz).
• Reisebereitschaft ca. 3 Tage/Woche.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1) und gutes Englisch (B2).
• Günstig: Monitoring-Tools wie Prometheus, Grafana; Branchenkenntnisse vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Auswahl und Einführung von DevOps-Praktiken, -Tools und -Technologien.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Projektteams zur Steigerung von Softwarequalität und -leistung.
• Implementierung kleinerer Änderungen an vorhandener Software in verschiedenen Sprachen.
• Entwicklung und Wartung von CI/CD-Pipelines zur Automatisierung von Build, Test und Deployment.
• Administration und Optimierung von Cloud-Infrastrukturen (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Compliance-Richtlinien.
• Aufbau und Betrieb von Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen zur Leistungsanalyse.

• Advise our clients on the selection and introduction of suitable DevOps practices, tools and technologies, and be available as a contact person for technical questions in this area.
• Work closely with agile project teams to specifically improve software quality and performance in our client projects.
• Independently implement smaller enhancements and modifications to existing software in various programming languages.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Implement and monitor security measures and compliance policies.
• Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions to monitor system performance and analyze errors.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance in production environments.

Требования:

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in DevOps, ideally in an IT consultancy.
• Extensive experience with container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Good knowledge of common programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IaC tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform).
• Interest in using AI tools to support your everyday work while taking applicable legal requirements into account (e.g. the EU AI Act, data protection, compliance).
• Willingness to travel as needed (3 days/week) to respond flexibly to project requirements.
• Very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2), spoken and written.
