Requirements
- Required Experience : Min. 3 years
- Core Technical Skills
- Strong Linux background (CentOS / Fedora / Alma Linux)
- Proficiency in at least one programming / scripting language
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (setup, management, troubleshooting)
- Proven experience running production workloads in cloud (Azure preferred)
- Infrastructure-as-Code expertise (ideally Terraform)
- Solid experience building CI / CD pipelines
- Azure & Cloud Expertise
- Authentication with OIDC (Azure Entra ID preferred)
- Azure ARC for managing on-prem devices
- AKS Edge Essentials for on-prem Kubernetes clusters
- Advanced networking : hybrid connectivity, proxy configurations, Azure VPN Gateway, site-to-site VPN
- Observability stack (logs, metrics, alerting) with Grafana
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., DevOps Engineer Expert)
- Mindset & Collaboration
- Hands-on, problem-solving attitude
- Natural ability to teach and mentor
- Comfortable working in agile teams
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements
- Provide architecture, concepts and implementations for components such as operating system, container orchestration, tooling & cloud services, and remote / on-site management solutions
- Engineer and implement monitoring and auditing solutions
- Automate the build- and continuous-delivery processes
- Train and onboard other departments and developers
- Operate production systems for customers
