Job Title : DevOps Analyst – Lean, Agile

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Analyst with a strong background in Lean and Agile methodologies to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing software release processes to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and ensure that release content complies with defined scope agreed with the customer.
• Validate inclusion of all deliverables (source code, configuration files, packages, etc.) in the release.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies between the produced release and expected scope.
• Prepare and manage release documentation including release notes and user / developer guides.
• Coordinate code merge, build processes, and content management for weekly sprint builds.
• Oversee source code management and ensure timely inclusion in weekly / final releases.
• Collaborate with Technical Delivery Manager for task prioritization, scheduling, and delivery planning.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
• Experience with automation testing and DevOps best practices.
• Deep knowledge of software development and delivery lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with build environments, source code control, and issue tracking systems.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable build and deployment procedures.
• Proven track record in managing build / release schedules and ensuring timely software delivery.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting the stability and status of builds and releases.
• Experience in automating software component integration, testing, and distribution.
