In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Projektentwicklung, das Design und die Integration komplexer Technologien. Sie bringen einen Masterabschluss sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Laserentwicklung mit und haben hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Herstellung von Lasern.
• Umfassendes Verständnis der Laserphysik und optischen Komponenten.
• Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Leitung der Projektentwicklung und Implementierung im Bereich medizinische Laser.
• Verantwortung für den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.
• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen.

Development Manager / Project Leader (m/f/d) – Medical Lasers (Fiber and Diode Lasers)

at our location in Brühler Str. 30, Bonn, to start as soon as possible.

• Lead the project development and implementation of projects in the field of medical lasers
• Design optical, mechanical, and electronic systems
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to series production
• Integrate diverse technologies and disciplines into the development process
• Conduct performance testing at module and system level and document results in compliance with applicable standards
• Manage the transfer of new products from development to production
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide regular project status reports

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physics, Optics, Photonics, Laser Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the development and manufacturing of lasers and fiber-based components – ideally in fiber and solid-state laser technologies
• In-depth understanding of laser physics, optical components, and thermal management
• Practical experience with optical simulation tools and electronic control systems
• Several years of experience in project management and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Familiarity with complex systems and technological integration
• Experience in developing and integrating diverse technological components
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• A structured working approach and strong intercultural communication skills
