Job Description:

What you'll do

• Be part of an international Scrum team operating in an agile SAFe environment.
• Engage in development, maintenance, support, testing, documentation, and operation as part of the DevOps approach.
• Implement test-driven development, behavior-driven development, and conduct non-functional testing.
• Support less experienced developers and assist in understanding integration contexts.
• Review architectural concepts for completeness and feasibility, leading development to completion.
• Independently develop and maintain existing and new SpringBoot microservices in a Kafka/Couchbase/Kubernetes cloud environment.

What you'll bring

• A degree in business/media informatics, computer science, or similar, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with event sourcing, reactive systems, CQRS patterns, containerization, and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of frameworks/technologies such as Spring, Kafka, PubSub, NoSQL.
• Understanding of development principles like API-first (OpenAPI) and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML).
• Additional knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD pipelines, CDN/security layers, and gateway technologies is a plus.
• Openness to new technologies and frameworks, with willingness to learn continuously.
• Understanding of DevOps culture as part of modern development methods.
• Proficiency in English.
