Join Diehl Aerospace GmbH, a family-run company engaged in digital transformation, sustainability, and peacekeeping projects. We operate across five divisions: Metal, Controls, Defence, Aviation, and Metering, with over 16,000 employees. We are seeking dedicated Development Engineers (m/f/d) in Software, Hardware, and Systems, for full-time or part-time roles, based in Frankfurt am Main, Nuremberg, Rostock, or Überlingen.

Responsibilities:

• Software: Development and verification of embedded software for major aircraft manufacturers, including requirements analysis, software development in C, and hardware/software integration testing using Python.
• Hardware: Design and development of innovative hardware products such as control computers, sensors, and cockpit displays, along with creating technical documentation.
• Systems: Development of device architectures and design solutions for safety-critical avionics systems, including requirements analysis, system design, validation, and verification.

Qualifications:

• Degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience in hardware-related software development, electronics, or system engineering.
• Curiosity, teamwork skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
