AVL is one of the world's leading mobility technology companies specializing in development, simulation, and testing within the automotive industry and beyond. The company offers concepts, solutions, and methodologies in areas such as vehicle development and integration, e-mobility, automated and connected mobility (ADAS/AD), and software for a greener, safer, and better world of mobility.

Responsibilities:

1. Design of internal combustion engine parts within the scope of serial products.
2. Creation of 3D engine parts and assemblies using Creo CAD environment.
3. Checking 3D assemblies for passability and construction integrity in Creo CAD.
4. Management of 3D models and drawings within the ECA and Windchill database environments.
5. Management, maintenance, and control of bills of materials in the ECA database.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for developing automobile powertrains (engine, gearbox).
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience designing automotive parts in CATIA and Creo.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Experience with KVS, ECA, AVON, TI-Cockpit (VW Group).
• Experience with change management and development processes in the automotive industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of industrial standards like Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety, or Cyber Security is a plus.
