Job Title: Development Engineer

As a Digital Development Engineer, you will significantly contribute to the development and production of our innovative products for our global customers. You will leverage your expertise in chip architecture and HW-SW interfaces to support us in driving global megatrends such as autonomous driving, electromobility, and software-defined vehicles.

Your Qualities
  • Completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics
  • Several years of experience in microelectronic component development, preferably in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IC design; automotive sector experience is desirable
  • Solid knowledge of digital circuit technology, CAD tools, and hardware description languages (SystemVerilog, VHDL)
  • Knowledge of micro-controllers (e.g., ARM) and programming skills
  • Innovative spirit, reliability, and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
Responsibilities and Interests
  • Collaborate in defining chip architecture and HW-SW interfaces
  • Develop digital modules using hardware description languages
  • Verify development processes and document them
  • Implement circuit simulations at top and block levels
  • Create microcontroller software
  • Support error analysis and the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools
