Siemens Energy in Germany is seeking engineers for the development of industrial steam turbine blading with global product responsibility. You will focus on the design and optimization of high-, medium-, and low-pressure blades and collaborate across purchasing, production, and sales to support the blade roadmap.

The role emphasizes numerical fluid mechanics, 3D flow calculations, and model/field measurements with a global fleet feedback loop.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in turbomachinery, aerospace engineering, energy technology, or related field.
• Relevant experience in turbomachinery and blade design.
• Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and aerodynamics.
• Proficiency in numerical methods (CFD), preferably with ANSYS CFX.
• Scripting and programming skills are advantageous; knowledge of mechanics is desirable.
• Proficient in German and English, with a preference for dynamic teamwork and open communication.
