Core Areas of Impact

As our Community Lead, you will build and nurture a vibrant community around our foundation models while driving our go-to-market strategy. You'll be the bridge between our technical breakthroughs and the data science community, creating compelling narratives that showcase our technology's potential. This is a unique opportunity to:

Community Building & Engagement

• Design and execute our community strategy across Discord, GitHub, and social media

• Create and moderate our Discord community, fostering meaningful discussions and connections

• Organize virtual and in-person events, from technical workshops to community meetups

• Build relationships with key community members and thought leaders

• Develop ambassador and expert programs to recognize community contributors

Content & Education

• Oversee the creation of high-quality technical content, from blog posts to tutorials

• Work with our technical team to develop educational materials and documentation

• Launch and manage a technical blog showcasing our research and applications

• Create engaging social media content that resonates with data scientists

• Develop case studies highlighting successful implementations

Growth & Go-to-Market

• Drive our product-led growth strategy

• Analyze community feedback to inform product development

• Identify and nurture potential enterprise opportunities from community engagement

• Build relationships with academic institutions and research labs

• Track and optimize key community and growth metrics

What We're Looking For

You're a technical community builder who understands both the data science ecosystem and the principles of community-led growth. You have:

Essential Background

• Technical background with Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• 3+ years experience in developer relations, community management, or similar roles

• Strong understanding of machine learning and data science

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience growing and managing technical communities

• Track record of creating technical content for developer audiences

• Proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies

What Makes You Special

• Experience with MLOps, AutoML, or foundation models

• Background in data science or machine learning engineering

• History of building successful Discord or GitHub communities

• Experience organizing technical events or conferences

• Strong network in the data science community

• Background in product-led growth

• Open source project experience

• Public speaking experience
