Kentro seeks an experienced Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Knowledge Management program for USSOCOM in Stuttgart, Germany. You will design, develop, test, implement, and sustain enterprise software solutions across a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with Government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and an active U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, military service, and professional experience.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, or maintaining enterprise software solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively within technical teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsabilités

Overview

Kentro is seeking an experienced Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) program for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Stuttgart, Germany.

The Developer designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains enterprise software solutions that support knowledge management, collaboration, and mission operations across the Special Operations enterprise. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Developer partners with Government stakeholders and technical personnel to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused capabilities that enhance information sharing, business processes, and organizational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and sustainment of enterprise solutions while supporting evolving mission requirements in a dynamic operational environment.

Qualifications

Must Haves

• Experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, or maintaining enterprise software solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively within technical teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and dynamic operational environment.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance.

Nice to Haves

• Experience supporting Department of Defense, Combatant Command, Service Component, Special Operations, Joint, or other complex federal environments.
• Experience supporting Knowledge Management, Information Management, Digital Modernization, or related mission support initiatives.
• Experience working with enterprise collaboration or information‑sharing environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or other iterative software development methodologies.
• Relevant technical or professional certifications.
