Were hiring a Senior Developer Advocate to grow the Haystack community and bring deepsets LLM products and support to more developers and organizations. Youll work closely on DevRel strategy across the developer journey by leveraging community feedback data and insight to create strategies and resources to educate engage and drive adoption of Haystack from beginner to advanced levels. The Haystack community is home to thousands of organizations and is growing help shape it by connecting with developers sharing knowledge and making AI more accessible through open source and commercial tools.

What you will do

Leveraging data analytics and community feedback you will grow Haystack adoption across the developer journey and strengthen the community-to-customer relationship path meeting users where they are

Drive execution for key evolutions and data-driven automations of the digital Haystack properties and presences while supporting in-person interactions at events conferences and meetups across Europe and beyond.

Help build and lead the organization of technical content and topics across docs tutorials blog website and social channels engaging AI engineers and leaders

Launch new community programs meetups events and user groups to advance developer success stage-by-stage from awareness to exploration building and deployment

Develop and shape content experiences across formats (explainers tutorials videos social user-generated content) to drive digital engagement developer relationships and advancement

Synthesize developer and market feedback into actionable input for developer onboarding and product roadmap

Partner cross-functionally with engineering marketing and sales to align on quantified goals

Requirements

5 years as a Developer Advocate Growth Engineer or Software Engineer with hands-on experience building out methodical developer journeys that result in increased adoption and maturity

Practical experience in Python development and code maintenance applied within the context of Haystack projects.

Proven success managing the community-to-customer lifecycle across open-source and commercial products

Skilled in using data analytics and automation to create and personalize developer adoption paths across technical content (site tutorials blogs videos docs) while supporting engagements at developer events

Experience leading and engaging online developer communities across platforms like Github Twitter Discord Stack Overflow Reddit and YouTube

Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to connect goals to outcomes through strategy programs and tactics

Comfortable turning developer and market insights into onboarding journey optimizations as well as product and roadmap feedback

Active contributor to open-source communities with a passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing

Willing to travel for meetups conferences and community events

Nice to have

Direct experience working with Haystack or open-source experience

Background and understanding in AI LLMs NLP and developer tooling

Hands-on experience with data and insight to drive business goals using developer community analytics technical SEO content performance analysis and qualitative feedback

Strong personal presence on developer platforms (e.g. GitHub Twitter Stack Overflow Reddit Discord)
