What you will do :

1. Handle calls, emails, and chat in German with professionalism.
2. Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
3. Act as a brand ambassador by providing promotion support and being knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers.
4. Manage account and billing issues, upsell products, troubleshoot, handle fraud orders and returns, following training guidelines.
5. Collaborate and exchange ideas with colleagues.
6. Ensure every customer has a positive experience and leaves satisfied.

What you will bring :
