Join our Customer Experts team for Pandora, the world’s most loved jewellery brand, and give voice to people’s loves! If you are passionate about jewelry and customer support, TP Greece collaborates with Pandora, a top jewelry designer and manufacturer, seeking Customer Support Representatives.

Everyday, people share facets of who they are and what matters to them through Pandora jewelry. Be the voice of their loves and join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls, emails, and chat in German
• Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting current promotions and offers
• Manage account and billing issues, upsell, troubleshoot, handle fraud orders, and process returns as per training guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and turn every customer into a happy customer

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of German
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy and tech-savviness
• Ability to multitask and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required
• Customer support experience is an advantage
• Positive and adventurous attitude
