About the Role

Are you passionate about jewelry and customer support? TP Greece collaborates with Pandora, the world’s top jewelry designer and manufacturer, seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our team.

Everyday people worldwide share facets of who they are and what matters to them through their Pandora jewelry. Be the voice of people's loves—join our team!

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle calls, emails, and chat communications in German.
  2. Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting current promotions and new offers.
  4. Manage account and billing issues, upsell, troubleshoot, handle fraud orders, and process returns according to training guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Qualifications:
  1. Excellent command of German.
  2. Good knowledge of English.
  3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Computer literacy and tech-savviness.
  5. Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required.
  7. Customer support experience is an advantage.
  8. Positive, adventurous attitude.
