Are you passionate about jewelry and customer support? TP Greece collaborates with Pandora, the world’s top jewelry designer and manufacturer, looking for Customer Support Representatives to join the team.

Everyday people around the world share facets of who they are and what matters to them through their Pandora jewelry. Be the one who will voice people's loves—join our team!

What you will do :

  1. Handle calls, emails, and chat with a sense of German language proficiency.
  2. Respond to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador—provide promotion support, and stay knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers.
  4. Handle account and billing issues, along with order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns, based on policies provided through training guidelines.
  5. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues.
  6. Turn every customer into a happy customer!

What you will bring :

  1. Excellent command of German.
  2. Good knowledge of English.
  3. Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
  4. Computer literacy / tech savviness.
  5. Ability to multitask and strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Availability to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required.
  7. Work experience in customer support is an advantage.
  8. A positive and adventurous attitude.
