Are you passionate about jewelry and customer support? TP Greece collaborates with Pandora, the world’s top jewelry designer and manufacturer, looking for Customer Support Representatives to join the team.

Everyday people around the world share facets of who they are and what matters to them through their Pandora jewelry. Be the one who gives voice to people's loves—join our team!

What you will do :

  1. Handle calls, emails, and chat in German with professionalism.
  2. Respond to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador—promote current promotions and new offers.
  4. Handle account and billing issues, upsell, troubleshoot, and manage fraud orders and returns according to training guidelines.
  5. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues.
  6. Ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

What you will bring :

  1. Excellent command of German.
  2. Good knowledge of English.
  3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Computer literacy and tech savviness.
  5. Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required.
  7. Customer support experience is advantageous.
  8. Positive, adventurous attitude.
