What you will do :

1. Handle calls, emails, and chat in German with a sense of empathy and professionalism.
2. Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
3. Act as a brand ambassador by providing promotion support and staying informed about current promotions and offers.
4. Manage account and billing issues, upsell products, troubleshoot, and handle fraud orders and returns according to training guidelines.
5. Collaborate and exchange ideas with colleagues to improve service quality.
6. Ensure every customer has a positive experience and leaves satisfied.

What you will bring :

1. Excellent command of German.
2. Good knowledge of English.
3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Computer literacy and tech-savviness.
5. Ability to multitask and possess strong interpersonal skills.
6. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required.
