What you will do:

• Identify customers’ needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales
• Guide customers facing billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide timely resolutions
• Assist customers with placing orders and related issues
• Answer inquiries, troubleshoot, escalate technical issues, and assist with account issues
• Follow diagnostic procedures, focusing on frequently asked questions
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate and exchange ideas with colleagues
