What you will do:

• Identify customers’ needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales
• Guide customers facing billing issues, handle transactions, and provide timely resolutions
• Assist customers with placing orders and related issues
• Answer inquiries, troubleshoot, escalate technical issues, and assist with account problems
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on common questions
• Turn every customer into a happy customer!
• Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues!

What you will bring:

• Excellent communication skills in German
• Good command of English (B2+)
• Sales experience with consumer products and services is a plus
• Technical research skills for troubleshooting
