Would you like to get an in-depth experience in the world of photography and imaging?TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems, and offers job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

We provide successful candidates with comprehensive training on the company’s products, as well as guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What you will do:

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities vary:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners, showing empathy at all times
  • Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals
  • Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling common questions effectively
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and turn every customer into a happy customer!
  • Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
