What you will do:

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities vary:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, & email
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals
• Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling common questions effectively
• Ensure every customer has a positive experience!
• Share ideas and solutions with colleagues!
