TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in imaging equipment, offering opportunities for technology enthusiasts to support customers with printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products for German speaking clients.

We provide comprehensive training on the products and troubleshooting techniques.

What you will do:

Responsibilities vary depending on the team:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and show empathy
• Meet targets set by the client and internal goals
• Address customer inquiries and technical issues, escalating when necessary
