Would you like to gain in-depth experience in the world of photography and imaging? TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems, and offers job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

We provide successful candidates with complete training on the company’s products, as well as guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What you will do :

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards targets set by the client statement of work and internal goals
• Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively
• Strive to turn every customer into a satisfied customer!
• Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
