What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy
• Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals
• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on common questions
