What you will do:

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Tracking and following cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining strong, professional relationships with partners and showing empathy
• Working towards targets set by the client and internal goals
• Answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues
• Following diagnostic procedures, especially for common questions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
