Would you like to gain in-depth experience in photography and imaging?TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in imaging equipment and information systems. We offer opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras & other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

Successful candidates receive comprehensive training on products and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Tracking and following up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and partners, showing empathy
• Achieving targets set by the client and internal goals
• Answering inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalating technical issues as needed
• Following diagnostic procedures, especially for common questions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions
