TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems, offering job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

What you will do :

Depending on your team, responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Tracking and following up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining strong, professional relationships with partners and demonstrating empathy
• Working towards targets set by the client and internal goals
• Answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues
• Following diagnostic procedures, focusing on frequently asked questions
