Position Overview

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers.
  • Act as an ambassador of our client.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and show empathy.
  • Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals.
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluency in German.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy / tech-savviness; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with customers.
  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.
  • Must hold EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local resident.
