TP in Greece collaborates with this leading Mobile Bank, helping customers manage their accounts on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline representative for the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experiences. You will not only be the first layer of support but also play a key role in protection—preventing fraud, safeguarding data, and protecting our customers.

What you will do:

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers.
  • Represent our client professionally and positively.
  • Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy at all times.
  • Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals.

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in German.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and tech-savviness; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under stress and handle challenging customer situations.
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential.
  • Must hold EU citizenship, an EU passport, or a valid work permit for Greece.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local resident.
