Position: German-speaking Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

In the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. You will also play a key role in preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers.

What You Will Do:
  1. Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
  2. Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers.
  3. Represent our client as an ambassador.
  4. Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly.
  5. Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  6. Build and maintain professional relationships with all partners, showing empathy at all times.
  7. Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals.
What You Will Bring:
  1. Fluency in German.
  2. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Computer literacy and tech savviness; experience with CRM tools is preferred.
  5. Ability to handle stressful situations with customers.
  6. Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
  7. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.
  8. EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece.
  9. Willingness to relocate to Athens or be a local resident.
