We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

In the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. You are not just the first layer of support but also the first layer of protection. Preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers are key facets of this role!

What you will do:
  1. Support customers via phone, chat, and email
  2. Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
  3. Be an ambassador of our client
  4. Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely
  5. Maintain high customer satisfaction
  6. Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
  7. Work towards reaching targets set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
What you will bring:
  1. Fluency in German
  2. Very good written and oral communication skills in English
  3. Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  4. Computer knowledge / tech savviness; experience with CRM tools is preferred
  5. Ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers
  6. Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is preferred
  7. Can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential
  8. Must hold EU citizenship/EU Passport or valid work permit for Greece
  9. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local candidate
