TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping customers manage their accounts on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline representing the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. Your role also involves preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers!

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
• Be an ambassador for our client
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy at all times
• Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy and tech-savviness; experience with CRM tools is preferred
• Ability to work under stressful situations with customers
• Customer service or customer-facing experience is preferred
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential
• Must hold EU citizenship/EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local resident
