About the division:
Our Corporate Finance: Mergers and Acquisitions / Equity Capital Markets (M&A/ECM) business provides the full range of advisory and financing products, and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large- and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments and government agencies as well as financial investors.

About the role:
As an analyst, you will work on projects that help our clients reach their strategic goals. Your day-to-day tasks will vary depending on your role: you might be modelling client’s financial KPIs and forecasts, valuing companies, preparing marketing materials for a client pitch, monitoring capital markets and interpreting relevant data for our clients and you will be regularly and directly involved in the execution of live M&A and ECM deals. Your learning curve will be steep as you are involved in live deals and interact with clients. You will enjoy plenty of support from seniors and mentors, as in an international environment. You will learn from the best, evolve professionally as well as personally, and build a firm foundation for further specialization at a later stage of your career.
