We are currently looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to join a growing IT team in Ulm, Germany . This is a great opportunity for a motivated and technically skilled individual to support end users in a dynamic enterprise environment.

• Location : Ulm, Germany (on-site)
• Start Date : ASAP
• Duration : 12 months (contract)
• Language Requirements : German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Schedule : Full-time

Responsibilities :

• Provide L1 desktop support services to end users
• Handle hardware and software issues, user support, installations, and troubleshooting
• Work closely with other IT teams to escalate and resolve issues
• Maintain documentation and ticket tracking

Requirements :

• Previous experience in IT support / desktop support roles
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Must live locally in or near Ulm
• Valid work permit that allows full-time work in Germany with no restrictions
