We are seeking a Designer (m/f/d) to join our BOSS Menswear Black Tailoring Design team immediately.

What you can expect:

• Interpret seasonal trends for the main product group Coats to align with Concept Design briefings and embody BOSS Black DNA.
• Conduct trend research, innovation exploration, and competitor benchmark analyses in premium tailoring menswear.
• Collaborate with the Head of Design & Concept in designing and developing styles using AI and Clo3D.
• Work closely with R&D for fabric research and concept creation, and assist in implementing the collection framework with Product Management.
• Lead fittings and collaborate with the Pattern & Technical Development team.
• Prepare, manage, and present in seasonal milestone meetings.
• Maintain SAP (PLM) data, create BOMs, and engage in strategic thinking regarding processes, workflows and design while ensuring the implementation of the company's strategic guidelines.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role in a premium/international environment.
• Extensive experience and technical understanding in the tailoring industry, including fits, development processes, trims, and market knowledge.
• Broad understanding of tailoring manufacturing processes and deep knowledge of Italian tailoring mills and fabrics.
• Keen sense of sartorial fashion, trends, and the end consumer environment.
• Superior organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team-oriented skills, along with conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
