Evernow, a Frankfurt-based independent creative digital agency, seeks a driven designer to shape branding and communications across digital and print media. You will craft visual identities, design systems, and cohesive campaigns while collaborating with clients, strategists, UX designers, and developers.

Your mission

• Creative Execution: Design and conceptualize cross-channel communicationprojects – from websites and digital campaigns to print materials, brochures,and branding systems.
• Brand Development: Evolve existing CI/CDs or create newdesign systems that bring brands to life across digital and physicaltouchpoints.
• Strategic Design: Understand brand positioning andtranslate strategy into compelling visual identities and communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, strategists, UXdesigners, and developers to ensure a consistent, high-quality brandexperience.

Your profile

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a creative or brandingagency, or in-house design team – ideally with a focus on brand communication.
• Education: Degree in Communication Design or a relatedfield.
• Languages: Strong communication skills in both English andGerman.
• Brand Passion: A deep interest in branding, design systems,and digital storytelling – with a sharp eye for consistency and visual detail.
• Digital Mindset: Confidence in working across digitalecosystems, social media, and UI/UX collaboration.
• Tools & Systems: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,Photoshop, and Figma. Experience with platforms like Frontify is a plus.
• Client Focus: You enjoy working directly with clients andbuilding lasting partnerships based on trust, creativity, and results.
